Waynah collects the minimum data necessary to deliver its local price discovery service: Data we collect: • Mobile number and name to create and manage your account. • The neighborhood you set, to match inquiries with nearby shops. • Your questions, answers, and answer votes within the platform. How we use data: • Routing your inquiry to shops in your category and neighborhood and showing you results. • Sending service notifications (shop reply, peer answer, points balance). • Improving matching quality using aggregated, de-identified analysis. Data sharing: We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We share the minimum necessary with the relevant shops to display your inquiry and their replies (without personally identifying you), and may disclose data upon a legitimate order from a competent judicial authority. Account and data deletion: You may permanently delete your account at any time via "More → Account Info → Delete Account" in the app. Upon deletion your personal data is removed and the account cannot be recovered. Your rights: Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may access, correct, and request deletion of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us via the "Contact Us" page. We use aggregated analytics to improve the service and do not continuously track your location — location is used only when setting your default neighborhood, with your consent.
