The platform does not sell products and does not control prices or quality; accuracy of a displayed price is the responsibility of the declaring shop. 3. User Account: Accounts are created with a Saudi mobile number and an OTP verification code. Users must provide accurate details and not share their account; the platform may suspend violating accounts. 4. Points System: Users receive a free daily points balance used to send inquiries; each inquiry deducts points. Points hold no monetary value and are non-transferable and non-sellable. 5. Answers and Content: Answers from other users (Peer Answers) may be displayed; they are personal opinions and information that do not represent the platform, which bears no responsibility for their accuracy. 6. Providers (Shops): Providers must ensure the accuracy of declared prices and availability and keep them updated. Their rating is subject to the platform's approved rating mechanism, with the right to dispute according to the rules published in the control panel. 7. Prohibited Use: Using the platform for any illegal or misleading purpose, abusing the points system, sending abusive content, or attempting to breach or manipulate platform data is prohibited. 8. Amendments: Waynah may amend these terms at any time; amendments take effect upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the amended version. 9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any arising dispute.
